Replacement smart meters details should be picked up automatically within 2-3 weeks when our regular recovery processes have run. Your MPAN remains the same as it's fixed at the address.
It is important to know that when smart meters are replaced, it is automatically assumed that all third party services can also retrieve smart meter data when in reality, this isn't always the case.
If you'd prefer not to wait, the quickest way is to re-confirm your address and meter details by following the steps below (but be aware it may take at least 48 hours for your newly-installed meter details to be registered and available to us on the smart meter network):
- Log out of the Loop app via Settings > Account > Sign out
- Go to https://loophome.app/reconfirm/soon
- Log into your Loop account
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your address and verify your meter
