I can't verify my email address for Utilita Optimise
Has your verification email not arrived? Or are you seeing errors when entering your verification code?
In order to confirm your email address, Utilita Optimise sends you a 6 digit code in an email. You enter this code during sign up.
If you haven't received a code by email in your inbox, check your spam folders too.
If you can't find the email, you may have made a mistake when entering your email address during sign up. If you still have the "Verify your email" page open, you will see the email you entered there. Double check there are no mistakes. If you made a mistake, start your signup again with the correct details.
If you have a code but it's not being accepted, generate a new code and try again. If that's still not working, contact support@loop.homes.
