What happens after I’ve switched?

Once you’ve found the best tariff and switched, we’ll securely send your information to your new supplier. You’ll then receive an email to confirm that your switch is being processed.

Within a few weeks you should receive a welcome pack from your new supplier where you’ll find a supply transfer date. On this date you’ll need to take a meter reading and send it to your new supplier. This will get passed to your old supplier who will then either issue you a final bill or refund.

The process is simple and there won’t be any interruption to your energy supply.

When the switching is complete, your new supplier will make contact to confirm your direct debit details and you’ll receive your first bill within 3 months.
