You can now add your actual tariff to get 100% accurate costs in the Loop app.
There is a short tutorial video below, with specific steps provided beneath the video.
Loop does not currently support time-of-use, agile or type-of-use tariffs. This includes tariffs for EV charging. You can read why here and what our plans for these tariffs here.
Steps:
- Select Settings in the bottom right corner
- Select Tariff
- Scroll all the way to the bottom and select Edit tariff
- On the "Address page" tap on “Next“
- Answer the following questions:
- Does your home use gas?
- Do you have dual fuel?
- How do you pay?
- Do you have an Economy 7 meter?
Once you have finished:
- Select your energy supplier (listed alphabetically)
- Then on the next page choose your tariff
