You can now add your actual tariff to get 100% accurate costs in the Loop app.
Although Loop does not currently support most time-of-use, agile or type-of-use tariffs, there is a small selection of EV tariffs that we are able to display. You can read why here and what our plans for these tariffs here.
Steps:
- Select Settings in the top right corner
- Select Tariff
- Scroll all the way to the bottom and select Edit tariff
- On the "Address page" tap on “Next“
- Answer the following questions:
- Does your home use gas?
- Do you have dual fuel?
- How do you pay?
- Do you have an Economy 7 meter?
Once you have finished:
- Select your energy supplier
- If you cannot see any energy suppliers appearing, ensure that your Loop app version is up to date by visiting your app store > look up Loop Energy > confirm if an update is available
- If you have already updated your Loop app and the list appears empty, log out and go back in. This step should resolve your issue.
- Then on the next page choose your tariff
