I can't find my energy tariff on the Loop app
Loop uses a third party supplier for our tariffs. If your tariff isn't listed, here's what to do.
There are over 100,000 tariffs that customers can be on. Loop is a small company and we don't collect this tariff data ourselves but instead use a third party supplier for this data.
Our supplier normally does a great job of keeping up to date tariffs. However, as a result of the energy crisis they have been suffering financial distress and the tariff database isn't as up to date as we'd like it to be. If your tariff isn't listed, we'd recommend picking a tariff such as British Gas Standard which tracks the energy price cap to give your energy a value in pounds and pence.
If you're on a time-of-use tariff such as Octopus Go, these tariffs aren't supported by Loop at the moment. You can find out more about this and what to do in this article. We will support these tariffs in the future.
