What happens to my data on account closure?

Your personal data* on our servers and backup data will be deleted within 30 days. 

Any backups of your phone will contain your Loop data but restoring that data is not supported.

*Please note: We are required by the Smart Energy Code to retain a log of who provided consent to access smart meter(s) associated to your meter point administration number (MPAN) for auditing purposes for up to 4 years after the closure of your account.
