Logging into the app: How to reset your password

 

This is for resetting your password on the app only. For smart meter account holders, please bear in mind that resetting your web portal password will not be transferred to the app.

 Please open the Loop app and follow the steps shown in the image below to reset your password:
  1. Tap on "Log in"
  2. From the login screen, underneath the "login button" - click on "Forgot your password"
  3. Enter your email address 
  4. Then click on "Reset password"
  5. A code will be sent to your email address that is needed to enter on the password reset page. Please locate this code either in your inbox / filtered folder or your junk inbox and enter it in the "pin code" field 
  6. Enter your email address and then your passcode
  7. Enter your new password

NOTE: Your new password must consist of one of each of the following items:

  • Upper case letter
  • Lower case letter
  • A number
  • A symbol
