Opting in to Turn Down and Save didn't work? What should I do next.

One way of opting in to Loop's Turn Down and Down service or to opt into an individual event is to click on the link we've emailed you. Occasionally some users may see a screen like the one below. This in particular affects users with a plus sign in their email address (e.g. steve+loop@loop.com).

If this has happened to you, go back to the email and click the link again. Otherwise open the Loop app and use opt in via the Home screen.
