What if I don’t have an in-home display (IHD)?

You can prove that you live at the property by entering payment card details. No payment is taken.

We know that not everyone has an in-home display. And even some homes that have an in-home display have displays that aren't registered on the smart meter network. If either of these are the case then you cannot confirm your address via the in-home display code

This is why we've created an alternative way to prove your right to access your smart meter data. Select to confirm your address with your payment card during signup. Then enter your card details and Loop confirms with your bank that the address of your smart meter matches those on the payment card. No payment is taken.  You can read more here.
