What if I don’t have an in-home display (IHD)?

You can prove that you live at the property by entering payment card details. No payment is taken.

We know that not everyone has an in-home display so we've created an alternative way to prove your right to access your smart meter data. Select to confirm your address with your payment card during signup. Then enter your card details and Loop confirms with your bank that the address of your smart meter matches those on the payment card. No payment is taken.  You can read more here.
